Traditional print publishing uses paper as a meduim. ePublishing enables authors to express themselves in universal ways, considering the internet. Established writing techniques have been changed from typing on paper using WhiteOut(R) to using the power of electrons to produce amazing entertaining mulit-media.
Raised in the Southern Oregon woods, David became bored during the long rainy winters with nothing to do, but sit near his parent's wood stove. He became interested in electronics in grade school when he saw his cousins successfully hook up a car radio to a 12 Volt AC transformer by bypassing the vibrator. He then built his first piece of test equipment: a multi-function capacitor tester from three separate magazine construction articles.
He also became interested in writing and hand-wrote many stories. Learned to type, using his mom’s old typewriter enabled him to write faster.
In 1964 he took and passed the FCC exam for the Novice Amateur Radio license. As WN7CGW he built his first transmitter from scratch.
In 1967 he graduated from college with a degree in electronics, went to work for Hewlett Packard in Palo Alto, California and married Rose.
Fascinated by computers, he manually programmed a Digital Equipment main frame by toggling in boot strap code with the front panel switches.
Hating the city, he got his First Class FCC License in 1969, and they moved back to Southern Oregon. Dave went to work for a local TV station as a broadcast engineer while Rose worked for a Bank. He transferred to the microwave division of the company and eventually started his first business in 1971: David's Calibration Service. During the economic slump of the '70s, he worked for a major defense contractor, running their calibration laboratory, successfully passing DECAS, and government inspections.
In the early '70s, he started building his home the middle of a large stand of timber there he and his wife raised their four children. RC Electronics also had its origination there. By 1974, Rose and he had been reading the Urantia Book for about five years, hosted and prarticipated in many study groups and with her help, hosted the Southern Oregon Conferences. During one of these, Julia Fenderson, the Urantia foundation's West Coast Represetitive, vistited the house during its construction and christened it a 'Urantia House'. What a great honor from such a fine lady of light!
Many fine Urantia study groups where held there, many before the house was finished.
Calibrating test equipment for AT&T, service contracts with USDA, banks and other business made the firm expanded to three locations and over a dozen employees.
He was published in a survivalist magazine with an article about using radios and antennas for extreme reception.
In 1982, Dave finally, after a few failed attempts, bought a new Apple II for $2500 and started using a word processor for his stories. It would save a lot of time.
A local computer journal published his story about early computing antidotes.
His business had a lot of parts and equipment to keep track off, not to mention invoices. In 1988 he had an employee input inventory parts into his rudimentary dBase database structure on an IBM clone PC. When she was finally done, he rushed home with all the company’s data on a 5 ¼ floppy disk and looked at it on the home computer. Disappointed at the limitations of a ‘flat’ database, he began programming. Going through many changes and versions, the Ultimate Invoice program became a very powerful tool for the business, virtually doing the work of a secretary.
His religious pieces were published in several periodicals.
He and Rose bought an expensive HP scanner and he scanned in his typed stories. He had his youngest daughter type a lot of his old hand written stories. Titling some of his work as SpiFi (Spiritual Fiction), he intends to validate certain universal truths, the through the avenue of fiction.
In 1996 Dave started RC Electronics’ presence on the World Wide Web.
By 2003 he had created a unique way to put manuals and pictures on CD, make talking e-Books and implement a shopping cart for word wide sales through the internet. The Ultimate Invoice has adapted to the internet as well. And recently he just found an old PeeChee folder stuffed with old hand-written stories, while he thought were lost and forgotten.
Born under unusual circumstances in a log cabin in the Missouri Ozarks, Dorothy has been a mystic since birth. A wandering psychic told her mother that she had "a work to do". Conversing with angels, she was later contacted by the Ascended Masters of the Great White Brotherhood.
After graduating from high school and college, she studied with Walter Russel's "University of Philosophy and Science," a Kahuna Priest in Hawaii, and the "Cosmic Star Temple," where she became an ordained minister. She also belonged to an Essene group, Astara, Order of the Circle Cross, Mentalphysics, Keepers of the Flame, The Baconian Society, and Mother Mary's Circle.
She has served as a minister/counselor/writer for the past thirty years, during which she founded three spiritual centers. She also did "light work" and cleansings on the planetary ley lines, which included a trip to Peru. After years of active service, she was given a "writing ministry."

It was a windy Chicago snowy Christmas Eve 1943 when everyone went to mid-night mass and my parents stayed behind, and that's how I came to be and on September 25, 1944 in Los Angeles I was born. Raised a Catholic went 12 years to Catholic schools. About 3 years of collage.
In high school I wanted to become a priest but wanted to know what women were about first , when I found out, that was the end of me being a priest.
Was an average citizen, had a middle class life style , a wife, two kids and was just weeks away from becoming a LA police Officer when my wife said she thought that I should see something before I become a cop. She told me to trust her and she gave me two hits of LSD. That was the end of my desire to be a cop.
After a divorce in 70' I went to the island of Maui on a spiritual quest. There in Feb of 1971 I was given the Urantia papers with the words 'this is the information you have been searching for all your life.'
They were right and I have been a student/teacher of the Urantia Papers for over 36 years. The Papers are my life and mission.
I am a true hippy I have taken every mind expanding substance I could find, this may upset some but it is who I am and I will not lie about who and what I am.
I have learned the only place Spirit can be found is in the ETERNAL NOW, not in the past or in the future. BE HERE NOW is indeed the secret.
